A cozy stay with tiny hiccups

The bed at the hotel was comfortable, and the staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile.

I loved being there, the place is well-maintained and beautiful.

Hotel's location was good and unbeatable, close to everything in the Berkshire area. Also, it was 2 miles from First Lenox Library.

Location: the hotel was very close to many restaurants, shops and skiing, the center of the tourist throng and the Berkshires. I had tastefully decorated new-fashioned room with central heating, a microwave oven and a fridge...

An Lovely Stay with Really good Staff!

During my four-night stay, I enjoyed the friendly bar staff who made each evening nice. I loved relaxing on the back patio after a day of exploring the beautiful outdoors. Just a tip, check local events to avoid crowded times and fully enjoy the super quiet place.

After enjoying a cozy stay for 4 nights, I can confidently say the bed was super comfy and the TV was great for late-night movies. Unwinding in the hot tub and by the pool was a real treat for relaxation. The only hiccup was that one of the elevators was out of order, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

The bed offered really good support. The front desk staff were not only friendly but also quick to help with inquiries. I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing pool and hot tub area with a quiet escape .

Unfortunately, the hot tub temperature was excessively high, making it uncomfortable to use.

The staff were great too, and the room was super cozy and clean. I reminded me of i got a restful break while visiting lenox again, which surpassed my previous stays in the area.

The Courtyard By Marriott Lenox Berkshires features beautifully decorated common areas. I particularly appreciated the easy accessibility to the lobby and dining areas for seniors like myself.

More seating in common areas for seniors would help.

my stay was fantastic with a very comfortable bed and friendly staff, I loved being just a quick drive away from the fine Pleasant Valley Sanctuary where I enjoyed beautiful walks, and Tanglewood was an easy visit offering amazing landscapes and music events.
